TERMS & CONDITIONS 

TOUR GUEST: 

All tour guests must provide the first and last name of the adult occupying the motor coach. All guests must be 21 years or older to participate in the tour (unless other arrangement have be made.  A valid ID (identification) is required, and must be presented upon request. 

TURN-AROUND TRIPS:

 Turn around trips are a maximum of 12 hours, with departure and return trip, within 24 hours, otherwise additional fees apply. 

PAYMENT:

Payment is due in full, within 30 days of the scheduled trip departure.  Additional charges will apply for any additional guests, over and above the original number of guest indicated at the time of the original contract agreement date. Payments made beyond the 30 days will result in a 10% late fee.   Any returned checks will result in a 25 % charge over and above the amount of the check.  Payment by credit card  is acceptable and will result in a handling fee. The cards accepted: Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. For all hotel accommodations a deposit is required, within two weeks of booking all hotel rooms.  If the deposit is not received by the assigned date, the booking and tour may be canceled.   

DRIVER ROOM:

Groups and/or booking agents are responsible for the driver’s lodging on any overnight tours or any chartered tour that exceeds 8 hours. (1) Room per driver.  It is a policy of CJ’s Corporate and Leisure Tours to book the driver’s room at the hotel, where the group is staying. Any turnaround tours (12) hours a driver’s room is required and the hotel is the most reasonable.

 HOTEL PAYMENT:

Due to the contractual obligations with the hotels, your payment is due in our office 30 days prior to the departure date and/or based on the hotel requirements for payments and any deposits.  Late reservations will result in a change in price of the hotel rooms.  

BAGGAGE:

All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead storage compartment.  CJ’s Corporate and Leisure Tours, its employee and/or agents shall not be held responsible for loss of or damage to luggage or its contents.  All luggage too large for the overhead compartment will be stored in the luggage compartment under the motor coach.  All efforts will be made by CJ’s Corporate and Leisure Tours to help find any lost luggage.

 TRANSPORTATION:

We will provide motor coach transportation to the tour location and back to the pick-up location.  You also may have use of the motor coach during your stay, within a 10 mile radius of your hotel.  We require a notice of (5) days prior to the starting date of tour of any intent to use the motor coach, without any additional cost during your tour. We must approve the use of the motor coach, as well as, any motor coach company contracted by CJ’s Corporate & Leisure Tours.

 CONDITIONS OF ALCOHOL:

 A security deposit of $250.00 is required as protection for any physical damage to the motor coach caused by the consumption of alcohol or careless or negligent behavior on board the motor coach.  Any special cleaning required caused by any spillage on any of the upholstery, any soiling of any of the upholstery caused by vomiting or similar acts, will affect the reimbursement of the security deposit.  Only plastic or aluminum cans may be used on the motor coach.  No glass of any form is

 HOTEL CANCELLATION:

Any payment made to the hotel on behalf of your rooms AND YOU CANCEL AFTER THE 30 DAYS THE HOTEL WILL KEEP ONE NIGHTS STAY OR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT.  We must be informed, prior to the 30 day departure, in order to provide the hotels with the required respond in writing.  The hotel will issue a check to us in about 3 to 4 weeks from the cancellation date and we will issue you a check for your refund minus any hotel charges and our fee of 20%.

 We must be notified prior to the 30 day departure date in order to receive 100% of the hotel payment.  Some hotels have different policies concerning refunds; we will advise you, prior to signing the contract of all hotel contractual requirements.

All tours reservations, including hotel accommodations are based on the contractual obligations arranged by CJ’s Corporate & Leisure Tours.  Any motor coach cancellation may result in a change of the hotel room rates.  All guests must participate in the motor coach tour. 

 MOTOR COACH CANCELLATION:

Cancellations made prior to 30 days before departure will receive a full refund.  If cancellation is made 14 days prior to departure, 70% will be refunded. If cancellation made at 7 days prior to departure, 50% will be refunded. No refund will be paid if the tour is canceled after 7 days or during the tour. Anyone not showing up for any tour will not be eligible for a refund on the transportation cost or hotel rooms.

 TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

All tours require a minimum of 40 participants in order to operate.  We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour, if we do not have the required minimum number of tour participants. We reserve the right to cancel any tour, if payment is not met on the required date or age requirement of 21 and over is not met. 

 If, anyone is under age of 21 years old, we must know before the contract is signed or the tour will be canceled.  We reverse the right to cancel any tour due to conditions beyond our control should as fires, earthquakes and other acts or nature.  If any on-foreseen acts occur within the 30 days we will make every effort to obtain a full refund of all monies from the hotel, if there is no other way of getting you and your guests to your location by motor coach, we will make arrangements to reschedule your trip to another time.  All hotels have a policy regarding “acts of nature” and No refund will be paid, if there is another route that can be used within reason.

We reserve the right to refuse any person as a member of any tour, even after the tour is in progress.  Should it be necessary for any tour member to return home for any reason, this expense is the responsibility of that tour member and/or group.  The driver has the right to terminate the charter and the tour will return to the point of origination.  If the tour is terminated, the full charge of the charter will not be refunded.  The hotel charges for the rooms that have been paid in full are none refundable and CJ’S Corporate and Leisure Tours is not responsible for any refunds.  Additionally, any negligent or irresponsible behavior may immediately cause the termination of the charter.

  I/WE HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TOUR CONTRACT.

 I_____________________________________________, the coordinator of the group will take responsibility for any damages, special cleaning, compliance of legal minimum age requirements and any and all conditions stated above, that will affect the chartering of the motor coach and the hotel.  

I understand that CJ’s Corporate and Leisure Tours are acting as agent for us and as per our permission.

  “Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Uniform Rules for Better Business Bureau Arbitration, and the judgment upon the award tendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction thereof.”
